My cufflinks were repaired by the company under warranty, with no service charges, even though the issue wasn’t caused by a product defect (it was mechanical damage, which I made clear during our phone conversation). The fact that they could be repaired was a pleasant surprise for me, and the Drobin Czasu cufflinks, which I really like, will continue to serve me well :)

At the “Drobiny Czasu” workshop, I bought a compass to serve as a keepsake marking the completion of, let’s say, the first stage of my studies. An additional feature is a plaque with an engraved dedication based on my own design. I quickly received several design options to choose from. It turned out exactly as I wanted. Then came fast production and shipping. Very friendly and professional service. I wasn’t disappointed. I highly recommend it.
