The Hawuc is a quartz watch featuring a unique, intricately carved caseback that draws direct inspiration from Byzantine stucco work dating from the period before the fall of Constantinople. The openwork design is complemented by a centrally positioned aperture revealing the mechanism holding the hands. A lucky owner, familiar with her watch, will be able to tell the time thanks to this design without even having to open the caseback. Crafted entirely from bronze and fitted with a reliable Japanese movement, it delights the eye with its slightly abstract yet understated design, whilst delighting the wallet with its affordable price!
