The concept of the pendant originates from Mexico, where women who are expecting a baby or have recently given birth wear such jewellery. Thanks to the lovely, soothing sound of the little ball inside, the wearer finds peace and comfort. If the wearer is a mum, the sound also soothes the little one, and after birth, it becomes a toy and a comfort, evoking the warm feeling of the mother’s womb :-)
